Currently we offer a morning preschool program for aged 2 and a half years to 5 years Monday through Friday. Our mission is to provide a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where children can freely develop their gifts and interests. In addition, we offer one nature walk and one cultural field trip per month.
Half-day Preschool Program: ( Ages 2and a half to Pre-K) (8:45am-12:15pm)
We are providing a year-round half day Preschool, Monday through Friday. In addition to national holidays, we are closed for five days throughout the year, for professional development.

Our Staff

Christine B. Deel, Director
Christine has served in many capacities within the communities of her residence, educated in Illinois, first earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana then later a second Bachelor of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Illinois State University. During the past twelve years, she has committed much of her time to serving as an educator, in both public and private school settings, and has also provided private tutoring. She has been certified in Illinois, Georgia, and North Carolina and has instructed students from preschool through high school. As an arts enthusiast and creative individual, Christine’s educational goals align closely with the Reggio Emilia philosophy to validate young children, their families, and the communities in which we reside, and to develop young minds into thoughtful, reflective participants in the world in which we live.

Joy Liu, Teacher of 2s-3s
Joy has been teaching in Wake County, NC for over seven years, since relocating here from Colorado via Missouri in 2003. She holds an Early Childhood Education Certificate and joyfully parents two children of her own, a 12 year old daughter and an eight year old son. Raising her own children inspired her to pursue teaching as a vocation. |
